Rotary tables
Wheel set rotary tables
Used to change direction while conveying wheel sets.
For the following wheelset types:
- Drive wheel sets, wheel sets
- Wheel sets with gear attachments, brake discs and wheel set bearings
- Wheel sets with European standard gauge and other track dimensions
Construction:
- Base frame, slewing gear and rotary table with integrated cross conveyor system for wheel sets
- Installation in foundation pit, normal or elevated track
Function:
- Entry of the wheel sets via backstops to forward stoppers
- Fixation by means of brake shoes
- Forwarding the wheelsets with hydraulic actuation
- Special products with track width adjustment, for automatically or manual operation
Bogie rotary table
Used to change direction when conveying bogies of different types.
- Installation in foundation pit
- Load capacity of 10 t
- Height of 600 mm
- Mechanical turning 0°, 90 °, 180°, 270°
- After running in, the bogie is automatically fixed and after the rotation, the fixation is released mechanically by hand
Wheel set lifting system
Used to change direction or lifting of wheel sets, combined lifting and rotating unit
- Load capacity of 4 t
- Height 300 mm
- Lifting height 300 mm
- Brake system to hold the positon
- Automatic catch and roll out
- Turning and eject 0° und 180°
- Eject forward and backward
- Driving wheel sets with gears can run in and out on both sides
